Re: Ethical and Clinical Evaluation of Susan Bramlette, LMFT
To Whom It May Concern,
I have provided clinical supervision for Susan Bramlette, LMFT for two periods of time since her graduation from the University of Oregon in 06/00. Her initial supervision was focused on attaining her Oregon State licensure as well as her clinical membership in the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT). From the period beginning 2/03 until her return to Oregon from Arizona in 01106 she was employed and received supervision in Arizona.
From the initial stages of my supervision with Susan Bramlette until the present day I have observed her to be functioning within the professional ethical code of the AAMFT as well as the ethical code of the Oregon State Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists. She demonstrates understanding of these codes and due diligence in complying with all their requirements. In her clinical practice she offers outstanding service to her clients, conducts herself professionally at all times and has shown the ability to manage an increasingly complex case load. I consider Susan Bramlette to be a valued colleague in the field of marriage and family therapy and look forward to our continued association.
Thank you for this opportunity to offer my evaluation of Susan Bramlette's ethical and professional functioning. Please contact me if I can be of any further service.
