Your office copays is due at time of service. Please prepare and present upon arrival. Thank you.
Payment can be made by:
1.) cash, 2.) check, or by 3) Square terminal Visa, MC, Discover card.
4.) Credit card you designate at intake appointment.
5.) Paypal account. You can easily pay via credit card by adding the amount to be paid (copay, session, or resource) into the cart in increments of five dollars until you reach the total.
